Talking about mental health can be confusing. Words like depression, anxiety, bipolar, manic, or even "crazy" get thrown around a lot, and it can be hard to know what they really mean or how they might relate to you. If you've ever felt overwhelmed, unsure, or curious about mental health, you're not alone.
We're excited to introduce our new Teen Mental Health Group — a safe, supportive space designed to help you better understand mental health and how it affects you.
What Can You Expect? In this six-week group, you'll explore:
What mental health really means and how it shows up in your daily life
Common mental health terms and what they actually mean
How to identify stressors and emotional triggers
Practical coping strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelming emotions
Our goal is to equip you with the tools and confidence to support your mental well-being — not just now, but in the future, too.
Group Details: 🗓️ Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM📅 Starting March 26📍 [Insert Location or Virtual Link if Applicable]
This group is perfect for teens who want to better understand themselves, connect with others facing similar challenges, and build skills to navigate life's ups and downs.
